three months due to our advanced modular building
system. While the structure is being built in Unibilt's
climate controlled facility located in Vandalia Ohio,
R.E. Becker Builders is preparing the building site for
delivery.

With the cost of utilities becoming a growing concern
for many college students, we maintain strict standards
in regard to building energy efficient structures. Utilizing
Anderson Thermal Pane Low-E windows and 2x6
exterior wall framing, we strive to build a structure that
will stand the test of time as well as rising energy costs.
